This happens if incorrect data (passport/nationality) is entered or the request was not previously approved in the registration service.
Ensure the request has been reviewed and approved before booking.
Answer: Update your personal details (phone number – email) in your profile via: Applicant Workspace → My Profile.
For Omanis: they can apply directly without a sponsoring health institution.
For non-Omanis: must apply through a private health institution.
