Apply via the department’s email with the following attachments: appointment letter from the new institution, success list, No Objection letter from the current institution, and a copy of the passport.

This is done via the Health e-Portal through the "Sponsorship Transfer" service

Their data will be updated by the company administering the system, and one must wait until the update is complete in the new portal.

The pharmacist’s sponsorship and license are transferred manually

You must wait until the department processes the request

Complete the designated form and attach the required documents

The update is done at the department by filling out the form and attaching the required documents

Submit via email with the following attachments: Secondment request letter from the institution Approval letter from the current institution Approval letter from the pharmacist Copy of civil ID Copy of the license

department. Then, submit the licensing request via the "Pharmacist Licensing" service on the e-Portal. Note: Review the licensing mechanism for the periods: January 2024 – November 2024, December 2024 – March 2025.

Application is manual at the center with payment and attaching the following documents: Pharmacist license Passport
