The planning aspect relies on evidence-based planning methodology concerning the geographic distribution of various types of healthcare services and the healthcare institutions providing them. The health regulation works on establishing laws, legislation, principles, and guidelines regulating the work in the health sector through the six core components or “building blocks” of the healthcare system at the level of the World Health Organization.
