The pharmacist’s sponsorship and license are transferred manually

You must submit a request via the department's email, with the following attachments: the appointment letter from the institution, the list of successful candidates, the pharmacist's approval letter, and a copy of the passport.

Recruitment letters for candidates who passed from April 2025 onward can be downloaded directly from the Health e-Portal, once the pharmacist's success request has been approved.

Submit a request via the department's email, with the following attachments: appointment letter from the new institution, list of successful candidates, No Objection letter from the current institution, and a copy of the passport.

Their data will be updated by the company administering the system. Please wait until the update is complete in the new portal.

The update is carried out at the department's offices by completing the relevant form and attaching the required documents.

Please wait until the relevant department has reviewed and processed the request.

This is done through the Health e-Portal via the "Sponsorship Transfer" service.

Complete the designated form and attach the required supporting documents.
