The application is submitted in person at the center, with payment of the applicable fees and the following attachments: pharmacist license and passport.
Submit via email with the following attachments: secondment request letter from the institution, approval letter from the current institution, approval letter from the pharmacist, copy of civil ID, and copy of the license.
The pharmacist's sponsorship and license are transferred manually by the competent authority.
