This happens if incorrect data (passport/nationality) is entered or the request was not previously approved in the registration service. Ensure the request has been reviewed and approved before booking.

Answer: Update your personal details (phone number – email) in your profile via: Applicant Workspace → My Profile.

Contact the technical support team via email at mohsupport@almadinagroup.net or by calling the call center at 22702999.

To extract licenses, follow these steps: Access the Applicant Workspace. Select "My Institutions" from the menu. Choose the desired institution. Go to the "Medical Staff" section. Select the required branch. Then, the license data will appear and can be downloaded or printed
