Recruitment letters for passers from April 2025 onward can be downloaded directly from the Health e-Portal after the pharmacist’s success request is approved.

You must apply via the department’s email with the following attachments: appointment letter from the institution, success list, pharmacist’s approval letter, and a copy of the passport.

This is done via the Health e-Portal through the "Sponsorship Transfer" service

Their data will be updated by the company administering the system, and one must wait until the update is complete in the new portal.
