As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance leadership and management skills, the Directorate General of Engineering Projects and Services organized a lecture titled "Self-Leadership to Achieve Goals." The lecture was delivered by Eng. Dina Al-Mashhadani, a graduate of the Royal Academy of Management’s leadership and management program.

The two-day lecture covered critical topics on the importance of self-leadership in achieving personal and professional goals, and how this concept contributes to improving institutional performance and advancing Oman Vision 2040. Al-Mashhadani emphasized the strong connection between self-leadership, excellence, and performance evaluation, noting that the ability to lead oneself is a fundamental pillar for success across various fields.

During the event, the lecturer highlighted the crucial role of self-leadership in achieving excellence and innovation within institutions. She explained how individuals can use these skills to boost their self-confidence and improve their performance, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the State's strategic goals.

Participants expressed a keen interest in delving deeper into self-leadership topics and their applications in the workplace. The session also facilitated productive discussions on developing leadership capabilities among individuals and encouraging them to take initiative and innovate in facing challenges.
