The Planning and Studies Section at the Directorate of Health Planning and Organization organized a workshop titled “Developing Healthcare Workers’ Capacities in Designing Initiatives and Projects,” delivered by trainer Yousuf Al Lamki.

The workshop focused on methodologies for transforming workplace challenges into practical and measurable initiatives through hands-on activities. The sessions resulted in the development of six health initiatives, supporting a culture of planning and innovation and contributing to the advancement of healthcare services.
