Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al Shukaili, Director General of Health Services in South Al Batinah, participated in the first meeting of the Health Committee of Barka Wilayat for 2026, chaired by His Excellency Sayyid Tariq bin Mahmoud bin Ali Al Busaidi, Wali of Barka, with the attendance of committee members.

During the meeting, the committee reviewed the decision regarding the formation of health committees, the unified plan for combating the Aedes aegypti mosquito, and discussed the key health indicators in the wilayat. The meeting also included a review of the activities and initiatives of Al Khuwairat neighborhood, as well as assessing the readiness of the Executive Office of Barka Healthy City in preparation for the international evaluation.
