South Al Batinah Health Implements “Institutional Innovation Techniques” Program to Enhance Excellence and Leadership Development
As part of the efforts of the Directorate General of Health Services in South Al Batinah to promote a culture of institutional innovation and develop leadership capabilities, the “Institutional Innovation Techniques” program was implemented and delivered by Mr. Rashid Al Hamdani from the Royal Academy of Management.
The program covered a range of modern concepts and tools in institutional innovation, as well as mechanisms for transforming challenges into development opportunities, contributing to enhancing performance efficiency, achieving institutional excellence, and sustaining continuous improvement.
We extend our thanks and appreciation to the Royal Academy of Management and the speaker for the valuable content and inspiring experiences presented, which contributed to enriching the knowledge and skills of the participants.

The Royal Hospital, in collaboration with Khoula Hospital and the Oman Center for Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation, successfully performed a comprehensive organ donation procedure involving a patient declared brain-dead.
