The Nursing Services Section, in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Section, organized a training workshop titled “Initial Assessment (Triage Training)” as part of the Mobile Training Team initiative.

The workshop was held at the training hall of Barka Health Complex and targeted nursing staff, aiming to enhance their knowledge and skills in conducting initial patient assessments, identifying key vital signs and clinical indicators, prioritizing interventions, and initiating early management of cases requiring urgent attention.

The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen nursing staff competencies, promote continuous and practical training, and enhance their readiness to manage emergency cases. This contributes to providing safe and effective nursing care and improving the quality of healthcare services delivered to beneficiaries.
