South Al Batinah Health Honors Winning Initiatives of “Jadara 2” Program to Promote Innovation and Healthcare Quality
Under the patronage of Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al Shukaili, Director General of Health Services in South Al Batinah, the five winning initiatives of the “Jadara 2” Program were honored in recognition of the creative ideas and development initiatives that contributed to enhancing the quality of healthcare services and improving institutional performance efficiency in the governorate.
The program witnessed strong competition among a number of outstanding initiatives that reflected a spirit of innovation and institutional excellence. The top five winning initiatives were:
- “Medication Coding” Initiative
- “Oxygen Cylinder Inventory” Initiative
- “Medical Courses Management” Initiative
- “Sick Leave Management in Primary Healthcare Institutions” Initiative
- “Initial Assessment Phase” Initiative
This recognition comes as part of South Al Batinah Health’s commitment to supporting distinguished initiatives and encouraging healthcare and administrative professionals to adopt innovative ideas that contribute to developing the work environment and enhancing the services provided to beneficiaries.

The Royal Hospital, in collaboration with Khoula Hospital and the Oman Center for Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation, successfully performed a comprehensive organ donation procedure involving a patient declared brain-dead.
