Rustaq Hospital Board Holds Its Second Meeting to Review Performance and Enhance Healthcare Quality
The Board of Directors of Rustaq Hospital held its second meeting of the year, chaired by Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al Shukaili, Director General of South Al Batinah Health Services and Chairman of the Hospital Board. The meeting was attended by Dr. Mahmood bin Salem Al Subhi, Director of Rustaq Hospital, along with board members, as part of ongoing efforts to monitor institutional performance and enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to the community.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed the hospital’s key health and operational performance indicators. Members discussed current performance levels, analyzed achieved results, identified major challenges that may affect the achievement of strategic targets, and explored measures to improve performance indicators and enhance operational efficiency in line with the Ministry of Health’s vision for advancing healthcare services.
The meeting also addressed several topics related to the quality of healthcare and patient safety, as well as ways to optimize the use of available resources and improve the working environment. These efforts aim to enhance the quality of medical and therapeutic services provided to patients and achieve better health outcomes.
