The General Secretariat of the Tender Board celebrated on Tuesday, July 9th, the graduation of the first batch of the Emkan Program, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of government projects and developing the skills of personnel involved in government projects and contracts. The ceremony was held under the patronage of H.E. the Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology and, included the graduation of several engineers from this Directorate.
