The Second Health Cluster, chaired by Dr. Aisha Al Zadjali, held a meeting with physicians in charge of the health institutions within the cluster’s supervisory scope.

The meeting addressed several topics related to the development of administrative and healthcare operations, أبرزها the roles and responsibilities of heads of health institutions and their deputies, administrative reporting lines, supervisory visits, the 2027 operational plan, and emergency preparedness plans, in addition to institutional readiness during periods of increased demand.

The meeting also discussed community health and workforce-related priorities, including leave plans, duty rosters and staffing coverage, as well as excellence and organizational culture.

The meeting comes as part of efforts to strengthen coordination and integration among health institutions, enhance the quality of healthcare services, and improve institutional performance.
