As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and ensure the efficient implementation of its endowment health projects, the Health Endowment Foundation (Athar) held today (Tuesday) its second Board of Directors meeting for the year at the Ministry of Health headquarters.
The meeting was attended by Their Excellencies, the Board members, along with the Foundation’s executive management.
The meeting discussed several key topics, including the approval of the minutes of the Board’s first meeting of 2025, follow-up on the implementation of previous recommendations, and a review of the progress of the Foundation’s projects for the current year.
The agenda also reviewed and discussed the external audit report for the year 2024, the performance of the Foundation’s digital platforms, and the donations collected through the "Athar Friends" platform, donation devices, and other digital channels.
Furthermore, the Board reviewed the financial report for the first half of 2025 and addressed other matters of interest.
