H.H. Sayyid Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, Minister of Heritage and Culture will inaugurate tomorrow Tuesday the first Leadership and Decision Making (LDM++) Forum. The Forum is organized by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and is expected to witness the presence of their Highnesses, Excellencies, and Undersecretaries at the Sheraton Oman Hotel.

The LDM++ Forum aims at identifying a supportive environment for individuals interested in areas of leadership and decision making and promoting the notion of exchanging experiences and the good professional practices.

The opening program will include a keynote address by H.E. Dr. Darweesh Saif Al Maharbi, MOH’s Undersecretary for Administrative & Financial Affairs, as well as a speech on the LDM++ project.

Around 300 healthcare professionals who are interested in leadership and decision making in healthcare will take part in the forum that will host local and international expertise. The forum will discuss five scientific domains namely on Managing and focusing on people, Driving results, Building relationships, Culturally congruent practice, and Occupational knowledge. The opening ceremony will further include an accompanying exhibition that displays 30 scientific posters.
