On the sidelines of the four-day World Health Organization (WHO) Global Meeting on Non-communicable Diseases and Mental Health hosted by the Sultanate, H.E. Dr. Mohammed Saif Al Hosni, Ministry of Health’s Undersecretary for Health Affairs received today (Monday) at the Kempinski hotel   H.E. Dr. Pvithra Wanniarachchi, Minister of Health and Indigenous Medicine of Government of Sri Lanka and her accompanying delegation.  

The meeting exchange cordial conversations and reviewed means of cooperation between the friendly countries. Furthermore, the meeting addressed non-communicable diseases in addition to training and qualification of health personal in the various medical specialties.

The Sri Lankan Ambassador to the Sultanate as well as MOH’s senior officials attended the meeting.
