H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Saidi, Minister of Health received in his office today (Tuesday) H.E. Sulaiman Saleh Al-Dakheel, Director General of the Gulf Health Council for the Cooperation Council States, currently visiting the Sultanate.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged the cordial conversations and discussed the matters of common concerns related to the unified purchase, central drug registration, central registration for medical equipment and concerned firms.

The meeting also addressed the expatriate workers check-up program and health research credit fund, as well as issues related to the committees of the Health Council.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Said Al-Lamki, Director General of Primary Health Care.
