Within the field visit conducted by the Ministry of Health’s officials, H.E. Dr. Ahmed Mohammad Al Saidi, Minister of Health visited yesterday (Tuesday) a number of Health institutions in Al Sharqiyah North Governorate, accompanied by H.E. Ahmed Saif Al Barwani, Member of Al Shura’ Council representative of Ibra, and Dr. Salim Mosa Al A’bri, Director General of the Health Services at Al Sharqiyah North Governorate.  H.E. Dr. Al Saidi’s visit included Ibra and Sinaw hospitals and some of primary healthcare institutions where he was briefed on the work progress in these institutions. He further met their administrations and health workers of the respective health institutions and received their opinions on how to improve the quality of the delivered services, urging all staff to exert their ultimate effort while providing the health service.

Within his visit, Al Saidi listened to notes and suggestions regarding the delivered health services expressed by the citizens who came in the visited health institutions for regular check.

It is worth to mention that the MOH conducts regularly similar visits with the purpose of reviewing the progress of the work in the three healthcare levels of the health institutions (Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary), identifying their needs and requirements, and studying the development of the health system infrastructure.
