Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit at the Ministry of Health carried out today (Tuesday) a workshop on developing the implementation plan for strategic projects, joining projects managers and teams.
The workshop aimed at deploying scientific and practical methodologies in developing tasks and activities of the strategic projects’ operational plans in a way that ensures their adaptation to the scope of the project according to a specific time frame and an expected budget for implementing these activities.
The event set as a platform of exchanging expertise and views, and highlighting challenges facing working teams in implementing strategy projects with the support and consultancy from Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow up Office.
The development workshop included several sessions and discussions on the various phases of implementing strategic projects and providing information about best practices in order to ensure the completion of projects according to the set timeframe, taking into account the risks that may face the implementation process.
This workshop is an important opportunity to enhance cooperation and interaction between project managers and their teams and improve their common understanding of the project objectives, the tasks required, and the challenges they face. It is expected that the outcomes of this workshop will contribute to improving the performance of strategic projects, following up their implementation, and providing permanent support to the project teams.
