With the aim of raising awareness on the importance of blood donation and fulfilling patient needs, the Ministry of Health (MOH) represented by the Department of Blood Banks Services organized today (Sunday) a blood donation campaign at the Ministry’s headquarter to collect blood units from the Ministry’s personnel.

The campaign witnessed a notable turnout from the Ministry’s employees and visitors that reflected their sincere belief in the importance of this humanitarian act.  

It should be noted that blood donation campaign is an effective way to support the efforts of the Sultanate’s blood bank aimed to supply the hospitals and other medical establishments with blood units for all needed cases.
