The media committee of the Royal Hospital organized today (Monday) the first Digital Health Media Forum in Oman at Novotel Hotel under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Hilal Ali Al-Sabti, Minister of Health.
The ceremony was marked by the launch of the "MetruwaRubu" podcast and the "Fanar" interactive platform for digital health media.
At the end of the opening ceremony, the patron of the event honored the speakers and participants of the forum.
The "Fanar" platform is a groundbreaking initiative for continuous learning, transforming health media through the enhancement of digital transformation in alignment with Oman Vision 2040. This platform provides cutting-edge, comprehensive learning resources that reflect the digital age, playing a pivotal role in building a progressive and engaged society.
Fanar aims at promoting continuous learning by enabling individuals to access modern and updated educational resources in the field of health media, empowering human resources, developing skills, and enhancing professional expertise in health media. It also aspires to foster innovation and creativity by providing an educational environment that stimulates creative thinking and the development of innovative solutions, in addition providing high-quality, flexible educational content to both individuals and institutions, making learning seamless and accessible to all.
Meanwhile, the " MetruwaRubu " podcast creates a powerful auditory space that transcends the confines of healthcare institutions, unveiling the human stories that bridge distances. By hosting experts in the healthcare sector, it offers an intimate look at the experiences, challenges, and moments that have shaped their lives, all while stepping away from the traditional clinical environment.
