e-Participation on Pharmacy On-Duty Service via through eHealth Portal
As part of its efforts to improve digital services and make the experience easier for users. Ministry of Health has launched an online public consultation about the “Pharmacy on-Duty” service through the eHealth Portal. The goal of this consultation is to gather people’s opinions and feedback on the service after its launch. This feedback will help improve the rules, technology, and operations of the service—making it easier for people to get medicines anytime, saving them the effort of searching for open pharmacies and supporting digital transformation in healthcare.

Review and enhance the mechanism of displaying data (location, coordinates, contact numbers).

Enable beneficiaries to enjoy a fast and integrated digital experience for obtaining medicines at any time.

Ministry of Health invites all citizens, residents and those interested in the healthcare and technology sectors to submit their comments and suggestions regarding the Pharmacies On-Duty Service by December 11, 2025.
