Guideline on Complaints and Grievances Regarding Regulatory Decisions of the Drug Safety Center
In line with the Drug Safety Center’s commitment to fostering transparency and inclusivity in its regulatory processes, the Center announces the launch of a public consultation as part of its community consultation initiative regarding the guideline for complaints and grievances concerning the Center’s regulatory decisions, submitted via the electronic health portal. This consultation aims to enable the public and relevant stakeholders to contribute their views and feedback on the guideline, thereby enhancing its clarity and comprehensiveness while ensuring alignment with best practices and established regulatory standards.

Drug Safety Center invites all citizens, residents, and individuals interested in the health sector to submit their feedback and suggestions regarding the public consultation, during the period from 28 September 2026 to 27 Octoper 2026.
