This service allows the beneficiary to apply for temporary closure of a pharmacy institution, provided that the closure period does not exceed six consecutive months or nine non-consecutive months within a one-year period.

1- Access the service using PKI through the Civil ID card or Mobile ID.
2- Submit the closure request and provide the reasons for the closure.
3- The system reviews the request. If no previous closure request exists within the same year, the system automatically approves the request. If a previous request exists within the same year, the request is forwarded to the concerned section for review.
4- Approve the closure request.
