‏This service enables every doctor/pharmacist in the private sector to prescribe or dispense narcotic or psychotropic medications by submitting a request to get a license to deal or trade with these medicines.

•  A valid health/pharmacy institution license
•  A copy of the doctor's/pharmacist's license 
•  A copy of the doctor's/pharmacist's ID. 
•  A letter of recommendation from the institution 
•  A non-conviction letter from the Royal Oman Police, provided that its issuance period does not exceed 3 months
• In the case of doctors’ licenses, another document must be added, which is a no-objection letter issued by the General Directorate of Private Health Institutions.
