Details
This service enables beneficiaries to submit a request for initial approval to establish a private healthcare facility (Private Hospital) in the Sultanate of Oman through the e-health portal.
Service Steps
1. Log-in to start using the e-service through PKI either with a civil card or e Sim PKI.
2. Fill in the required information.
3. Attach the required documents.
4. Submit the application.
5. Wait for the application to be approved.
6. Complete the remaining requirements after the approval process is finalized.

Terms and Conditions
- Access to the service is via the business owner's national ID card or mobile phone with electronic authentication enabled.
- Compliance with the executive regulations stipulated in Ministerial Resolution No. 231/2024 is mandatory.
- The aforementioned commercial registration, or this preliminary approval, may not be sold or transferred to a third party until the business license is issued and the project is completed.
- This directorate must approve the trademark before its final adoption by other relevant authorities.
