- Renewal can be done before expiry One month
- Renewal can be done within One month after expired, If license expired more than month will calculate a fine (30 Rials for clinics, 70 for Centers and polyclinics, 200 for hospital)

- Renewing a medical center license inside Muscat: 450 OMR
- Renewing a medical complex license outside Muscat: 450 OMR
- Renewing a medical complex license in Muscat: 900 OMR
- Renewing a hospital license inside and outside Muscat: 300 OMR
