The service enables beneficiaries to enter information about the health institution, including basic details such as the institution’s name, location, type of healthcare services provided, and the range of services it offers. It also allows the entry of data regarding the number of administrative and technical staff across various specialties, as well as the institution’s readiness for accreditation. All submitted data will then be reviewed by the designated central team responsible for assessing the information and determining whether to approve or reject the institution’s registration in the system. Once approved, the institution will be evaluated according to the system’s established requirements.
- The applying health institution must obtain a username and password from the Information Technology team to access the electronic registration system. After logging in, the institution should complete the registration form and proceed with the payment process.
- Once the electronic registration form is submitted and the payment is completed, the registered health institution will receive confirmation from the authorized team.
- The hospital is authorized and licensed by the relevant national authorities to operate and provide hospital-based services within its approved scope of service and bed capacity, in accordance with applicable national laws and regulations.
- The hospital provides continuous 24/7 services, including inpatient care.
- The hospital operates strictly within its officially authorized scope of services.
- The hospital provides emergency and intensive care services.
- The hospital must have been in operation for at least one year (12 months) before becoming eligible to enroll in the accreditation process.
