Details

This service enables the transfer of medical cases from various government Hospitals for patients to receive treatment abroad, in cases where appropriate treatment is not available within the country or due to approved special reasons. All transfer requests must be submitted exclusively through this service to obtain the necessary approval and processing.

Service Steps

1. Select "Start Service" to access the service.
2. You can save the service to your favorites list by clicking the star icon.
3. Access the service using PKI either via your civil ID card or mobile number PKI.
4. After logging in, select the first option (Treatment Abroad) from the menu on the left.
5. Enter the Civil ID number of the patient to be referred in the Civil ID field and click the "Search" button. The patient's details will appear automatically.
6. Complete the form with the required information including the referring doctor’s details, reasons for referral and the patient’s relative’s information.
7. Attach the referral documents (patient report and test results) in the last section of the form.
8. Submit the request after verifying all the information.
9. Once the submission is complete of the referred patient's data and the referral status will automatically appear on the screen.
10. Notifications will be sent via SMS and email for every update on the request.

Required Documents
  • The patient's medical report.
  • A report of the latest test/investigation results, such as Radiology imaging, lab work, and other investigations.
Terms and Conditions
  • You must enter the system using the user’s ID card (PKI).
  • The patient's report must be no older than (6 months) from the date of issuance.
  • The report must be prepared by a consultant/ or Sr. Consultant and signed by the Head of the Department.
