The service of obtaining a medical examination form for workers, to complete the procedures for obtaining or renewing residency cards, obtaining a visa, or obtaining citizenship.
1. Visit eHealth Portal
2. Log in to the system or register a new account in the system using the PKI feature of the mobile phone or ID card.

3. Enter the required data. After verifying the data, you can proceed to the payment process.
4. Visit the medical center
5. Visit the nearest medical center and view the QR code that you received via email or text message after completing the payment process.
- ID card
- Passport
- You must enter the system using the user’s ID card(PKI)
- The form remains valid for 30 days from the date of extraction
- It is not possible for those under 18 years of age to register for a work visa.
- Children under 16 years old are not required to submit the form to obtain a visit or residence visa
- 30 Riyals for non-food handler
- 40 Riyals for food handler
