H.E. Dr. Hilal Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health presided today (Monday) over the first meeting of the Supervisory Committee for National Infectious Disease Prevention Strategy at the Ministry’s headquarters, with their Highnesses and Excellencies committee members in attendance. 
During the meeting, the committee reviewed the proposed initiatives put forward by the pillar teams concerning the strategy’s development. Members engaged in thorough discussions, exchanging views on the proposal and reaching consensus on key recommendations.  The committee also agreed on the actionable measures to be taken moving forward.
