An electronic service that enables patients eligible for Zakat in the Sultanate of Oman, who have scheduled surgical appointments at government healthcare institutions, to apply for treatment or surgery at private healthcare institutions free of charge. The initiative aims to expedite access to medical care and reduce waiting lists.
Service Steps
- Register and verify your identity via the portal.
- Fill in the required information for the service beneficiary.
- Select the surgical procedure you wish to apply for.
- Upload the required documents and submit your application.
- Wait for your application to be approved.
Required Documents
- Attach proof of the scheduled surgery or medical procedure.
- Attach any available medical documents or reports related to the patient’s condition
Terms and Conditions
- The applicant must belong to the Zakat-eligible category.
- The applicant must have a scheduled surgical or treatment appointment at a government healthcare institution.
- The treatment or surgical procedure must be carried out at a private healthcare institution within the Sultanate of Oman.
